FAQ

Everything people ask us

What is a purity test?

A purity test is a list of life experiences — some more confessable than others — that you answer yes or no to. The final score is the percentage of things you have never done: 100 is total innocence, 0 is a full career. It's a game, not a diagnosis.

Is the test anonymous?

Yes. No answer is tied to your identity and nothing is published unless you decide it. You choose what you share: only your score, your result card, or nothing at all.

What's the difference between the site and the app?

The site gives you a six-question preview to set the tone. The app has the full tests, every mode, your score history, friend comparison and shareable result cards.

What's the minimum age?

The tests are aimed at adults. No Limit mode covers topics explicitly reserved for adult audiences.

Is a low score bad?

No. The score measures no moral value: it counts ticked boxes. A low score just means you've lived a few things — and that's usually what makes the group laugh.

Is the app free?

Yes, the Test de Pureté app is free on iOS and Android. All base modes are available without an account.
