What the purity test app actually does
The Test de Pureté app runs full purity tests, one mode at a time, and turns your answers into a score out of 100. The idea is dead simple: a list of life experiences, one tap per question, “Done that” or “Never.” Your score is the percentage of things you've never done. 100 means total innocence. 0 means you've had, let's say, a very full career.
What sets it apart from a random quiz page is everything built around the score. The app keeps track of your results, shows where you stand compared to other players, and lets you put your score right next to a friend's.
- Full tests: 100 questions per mode, 700 in Ultimate.
- Anonymous play: no answer is linked to your identity, and nothing gets posted unless you decide to.
- Friend comparison: both scores side by side, without ever revealing your answers.
- An auto-generated story-format score card showing your score and verdict, and none of your actual answers.
- Your score history, so you can see how you change from one test to the next.
- A leaderboard and averages: overall, per mode and per age group.
The 8 modes inside the purity quiz app
The app has 8 modes: seven themed modes with 100 questions each, plus Ultimate, which rolls all of them into one 700-question run. Each mode has its own heat level, from mild to scorching, so you get to pick how far you're willing to go tonight.
- Chill (100 questions, mild): the warm-up. Ignored texts, skipped classes, everyday white lies. Easy does it. We start slow. For now.
- Squad (100 questions, hot): the party classic, awkward and funny. We break it down in our guide to the purity test for friends.
- Couples (100 questions, scorching): jealousy, exes, phone snooping. Play it together, or hide it. More on the couples purity test.
- Money (100 questions, hot): your relationship with cash, confession-style. You'd swear the IRS wrote this one. See the money purity test.
- Trash (100 questions, scorching): every night out that went sideways, reviewed with zero mercy.
- Hot (100 questions, scorching): we're not going to beat around the bush, you know what this one's about. Overview on the Hot purity test page.
- No Limit (100 questions, scorching): topics strictly for adults. What happens here stays here. Promise.
- Ultimate (700 questions, scorching): every mode in one, the final boss. Everything about the Ultimate purity test.
Why use the app instead of a web quiz
It comes down to two numbers: the site gives you 6 questions, the app gives you 100 per mode. The free preview on the site is there to set the tone, and it only covers three modes (Chill, Squad and Couples). It's handy for checking whether the humor lands, but a score built on 6 questions is a ballpark at best: a single answer swings it by more than 15 points.
With 100 questions, each answer is worth exactly one point. Your score actually means something, and you can stack it against your friends' without luck doing all the heavy lifting. The app also handles what a web page doesn't: history, averages per mode and age group, the story card and the side-by-side comparison.
And five of the eight modes simply don't exist on the web: Money, Trash, Hot, No Limit and Ultimate live only in the app. If you want the whole thing, this is where it is.
A purity test app with no sign-up and no names
The base modes work without an account: no email, no password, no form standing between you and the first question. Open the app, pick a mode, start tapping.
On privacy, the rule is simple: none of your answers are tied to your identity, and nothing gets posted unless you choose to post it. The story card you can share shows your score and verdict, never the boxes you ticked. And a friend comparison only happens when you start one: the app puts your two scores side by side, and only your scores: your individual answers never get shared. The full details are in our privacy policy.
Purity test app on iPhone and Android: start in 3 steps
Test de Pureté is free on the App Store for iPhone and on Google Play for Android. Three steps get you from download to your first verdict.
- Grab the app from the App Store or Google Play using the buttons on this page.
- Pick a mode: Chill to warm up, Couples or Squad if you're not alone, Ultimate if you've got time and nothing to hide.
- Answer honestly, “Done that” or “Never,” then see your score and verdict, and compare with a friend if you dare.
Comparing scores with a friend in the app
Comparison is the feature that gets group chats going: the app lays your two scores side by side, and the gap alone is enough to start an investigation. That's where the “wait, YOU scored lower than me?” moments come from, and then everyone picks which stories they're willing to tell. To figure out what the numbers really mean, we wrote a guide on how to read your purity test score, verdict chart included.
Keep in mind the score doesn't measure anyone's worth. It counts ticked boxes, that's it. A low score just means you've got more stories, and a high one means you've still got room to grow.
Who the app is for
Test de Pureté is meant for adults, 18 and over. The milder modes stay light, but Couples, Trash, Hot and No Limit get into grown-up territory, and No Limit is explicitly adults-only. It's a game for parties, date nights or scrolling solo in bed at midnight. It's not a diagnosis.
